By accessing or using Learningo, you agree to these Terms.

Who May Use Learningo

  • Students
  • Teachers and educators
  • Schools and educational institutions
  • Parents or guardians (where applicable)
  • If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use Learningo under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or educational institution.

Educational Purpose Only

  • Learningo is designed to support teaching, tutoring, assessment assistance, and educational insight.
  • The Platform is intended as a supplementary educational tool and does not replace professional teaching, grading judgment, or institutional academic policies.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • Learningo uses artificial intelligence to generate: explanations and tutoring content; feedback and grading assistance; study recommendations; learning insights and analytics; visualizations and diagrams.
  • While we strive for accuracy and educational usefulness: AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies; content is generated probabilistically, not deterministically; results should be reviewed by educators or users before relying on them for academic decisions.
  • Learningo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

Responsibility for Academic Decisions

  • Final grading decisions remain the responsibility of educators and institutions.
  • Academic evaluations should not rely solely on AI outputs.
  • Schools and teachers must review AI-assisted assessments before use.
  • Learningo is not responsible for academic outcomes, grading decisions, or institutional actions taken based on Platform outputs.

User Content & Data

  • Users may upload: assignments; exams; study materials; notes; curriculum content.
  • By uploading content, you confirm that: you have the right to use and upload the material; the content does not infringe third-party rights; Learningo processes uploaded content solely to provide educational services and insights.

Data Privacy & Security

  • Learningo takes reasonable measures to protect user data.
  • For institutional users, data handling may align with applicable education privacy frameworks (e.g., FERPA, GDPR, PIPEDA where applicable).
  • A separate Privacy Policy governs detailed data practices.

Platform Availability

  • We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Learningo may experience downtime due to: maintenance; updates; technical issues; third-party service dependencies.

Acceptable Use

  • Users agree not to: misuse AI tools for academic dishonesty; upload harmful or illegal content; attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform; use the Platform outside educational purposes without authorization.
  • Institutions are responsible for supervising student usage.

Third-Party Integrations

  • Learningo may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., LMS systems, content providers).
  • We are not responsible for: third-party platform performance; external data accuracy; third-party service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learningo shall not be liable for: academic performance outcomes; grading decisions; institutional disciplinary actions; reliance on AI-generated content; indirect or consequential damages.
  • The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Updates to the Platform

  • We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time to enhance educational outcomes and platform performance.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Learningo constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
